The Role: Senior Night Support Worker
Hours: 8 PM - 8 AM Location: Snaith (West Cowick)

Your Impact
As our Senior Night Support Worker, you'll:
Take the lead in ensuring peaceful, safe, and comfortable nights for the people we support
Mentor and guide other team members during night shifts
Implement person-centered care plans that promote independence and dignity
Use your expertise to make critical decisions during night hours
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support services
Essential Responsibilities
Oversee night-time personal care support while maintaining dignity and independence
Lead regular wellness checks throughout the night shift
Manage medication administration according to care plans
Provide emotional support and reassurance when needed
Maintain detailed digital records and handover information
Support and mentor other night team members
What We're Looking For
Experience in learning disability support or similar care settings
Leadership qualities with excellent decision-making abilities
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
Ability to work independently while supporting a team
Commitment to person-centred support
Enthusiasm for embracing new systems and digital care recording
