The Role: Senior Night Support Worker

Hours: 8 PM - 8 AM Location: Snaith (West Cowick)

Your Impact

As our Senior Night Support Worker, you'll:

  • Take the lead in ensuring peaceful, safe, and comfortable nights for the people we support

  • Mentor and guide other team members during night shifts

  • Implement person-centered care plans that promote independence and dignity

  • Use your expertise to make critical decisions during night hours

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support services

Essential Responsibilities

  • Oversee night-time personal care support while maintaining dignity and independence

  • Lead regular wellness checks throughout the night shift

  • Manage medication administration according to care plans

  • Provide emotional support and reassurance when needed

  • Maintain detailed digital records and handover information

  • Support and mentor other night team members

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in learning disability support or similar care settings

  • Leadership qualities with excellent decision-making abilities

  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence

  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team

  • Commitment to person-centred support

  • Enthusiasm for embracing new systems and digital care recording
